Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the butter or oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and all peppers for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic. Spoon in the turkey and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the potatoes and fry them for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the paprika, oregano, sifted tomatoes and broth powder. Stew the goulash with the lid on the pan for about 15 minutes. Stir the dish occasionally.
  6. Season the goulash with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat source and stir in the sour cream.
