Potato ham salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato salad (1 kg), Dijon mustard (jar 215 g), celery (in small bows), ham (in strips), romaatjes ((250 g), halved), pickles (sour ( 340 g), in slices) and lamb's lettuce (75 g).

Put the potato salad in a large bowl. Add the mustard, celery and ham. Keep 1/3 of the tomatoes and pickles behind and add the rest to the potato salad. Scoop together.

Spread the lamb's lettuce over 4 plates and spoon the potato salad. Garnish with the retained tomatoes and gherkins. Tasty with the Boulogne (bread).
