Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, cut the spring onion into fine rings.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed in 3 min. Golden brown.

Heat the sesame oil in a stirring stir-fry the shrimp 2 min. Add the wok vegetable and stir 2 min.

Add the hoisin sauce and half of the spring onion and heat over a high heat in 1 min.

Add the noodles, mix well and spread over the plates. Sprinkle with the rest of the spring onion and the sesame seeds.
