Chicken fillet with tarragon sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breasts, smoked bacon, olive oil, shallots (chopped), dried tarragon, tomato cubes (a 400 ml) and whipped cream.

Sprinkle chicken fillets with pepper.

Wrap 3 slices of bacon around each chicken fillet (possibly stick with cocktail sticks).

Heat 1 tbsp oil in large frying pan and fry chicken breasts gently over medium heat for approx.

15 min.

Until tender.

Remove chicken fillets from the pan and wrap them in aluminum foil.

Fry 1 tbsp oil in pan and scallop and tarragon for 2 min.

Add tomato cubes and fry for 1 min.

Stir in the whipped cream and gently simmer for 1-2 minutes on low heat.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serving chicken with tarragon sauce.
