Spanish fish soup with paprika and tomato
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, smoked bacon strips, leeks (in rings), yellow pepper (in pieces), red pepper (in pieces), paprika, tomato cubes (400 g), fish stock, tilapia fillet (in pieces) and fruits de mer.

Heat the oil in a soup pan and gently fry the bacon. Fry the rings of leek and the pieces of bell pepper gently for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the paprika powder over it.

Add the tin of tomatoes with 350 ml water and the bouillon tablet and bring it to the boil. Let the soup simmer for 15 minutes.

Put the pieces of fish in the soup and let them cook to the boil in about 5 minutes. Add the fruits de mer and let everything warm in about 2 minutes. Do not let the soup boil anymore, otherwise the fruits will become tough. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the soup in large bowls or deep plates. Tasty with hot baguette.
