Potato-mushroom dish with cheese

Chop the onion, cut the mushrooms in quarters and the bell pepper in rings.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes.

Grease the oven dish with oil. Mix the ham cubes and potatoes through the mushrooms and scoop in the oven dish.

Divide the peppers and then the sauce over it. Sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake the potato-mushroom dish in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown and done.
