Pricker of shrimp with garlic
A tasty Spanish recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, pain de campagne, jumbo shrimp (100 g), garlic, red pepper, olive oil, parsley (deep-frozen herbs), lemon juice and salt.

Roast bread and cut each slice into 4 dots.

Shrimp shrimps.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Pepper, halve, remove seeds and cut into rough strips.

Heat oil in frying pan (or wok).

Garlic and pepper light brown.

Add shrimps and bake for about 2 minutes.

Fry the pan, stir in parsley and lemon juice, season with salt.

To each prikkertje 3 prawns and a triangle of bread stabbing.

Drizzle in oil left over..
