Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
-
Fold the edges of the slices of puff pastry slightly upwards so that 'containers' are formed and put on the baking sheet. Brush the inside of the puff pastry with the ketchup and top with the paprika, onion and chorizo.
-
Break 1 egg above each pizza and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the puff pastry is crispy and the protein is solidified. Tasty with a green salad.
