Puff potatoes with blue cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: solid potatoes (about 125 g, eg Pommes Primeur), blue cheese (eg Danish blue), fresh chives ((a 25 g), finely chopped), Greek yoghurt (a 150 g), olive oil, red onion (in half rings), garlic (pressed) and ready-to-cook wild spinach (400 g) or spinach (300 g).

Clean potatoes, pierce them with a fork and put them in a microwave dish on a piece of kitchen paper.

Cover potatoes covered (with microwave foil or plastic lid) at full power for 7-8 minutes.

Potatoes in tea towel packaged for 5 minutes.

Finely crumble cheese and mix with yogurt, salt and pepper.

In wok onion and garlic in oil, add spinach and let it sink in 4-5 min.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut potatoes on plates.
