Puffed potatoes with sardine butter
A tasty French recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes ((500 g), unpeeled), sardines (120 g), butter (at room temperature) and lemon juice.

Wash the potatoes, prick them with a cocktail stick and let them cook at the full power (700 watts) in the microwave for about 5 minutes, halfway through.

In the meantime, drain the sardines.

Remove any bones and tails.

Praise the sardines with a fork and stir in the butter.

Season with pepper, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Cut the cap of the potatoes, hollow them out 1/4 with a teaspoon and fill them with the sardine butter..
