Puffy legumes from the oven


Responsible snack from the oven, substitute for borrel nuts: beans from the oven with paprika, garlic and cayenne pepper.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Put the beans in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Drain well and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Mix the beans in a bowl with the paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and oil.
  3. Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and roast the beans in approx. 30 minutes until golden brown and crunchy. Change every now and then.
  4. Cool well. Delicious as a snack or with a drink.
