Sweet and savory oil spheres
A tasty Dutch recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, sweet stuffing: lemon, dates, dried figs, pistachios, mix for oliebollen (500 g), koenjit (or turmeric), powdered sugar, biscuits, savory filling :, black olives without seeds, dried tomatoes (pot), garlic, fried bacon (30 g), dried oregano, dry white wine, grated Parmesan cheese (bag) and oil for frying.

Ingredients
- Sweet filling:
- Lemon
- 75 g dates
- 75 g dried figs
- 75 g pistachios
- 1 business suit mix for oliebollen 500 g
- 1 tl canjit or turmeric
- 4 el powdered sugar
- 1 el biscuits
- Savory filling:
- 60 g black olives without pit
- 8 dried to little pot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bag fried bacon 30 g
- 1 el dried oregano
- 1 dl dry white wine
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese bag
- Oil for frying

Prepare sweet scoops: Lemon clean-boar, peel grate. Date de-stoning. Cut dates and figs small. Pistachio peel, rinse, pat dry and coarse chop. In a bowl, pour lemon zest, dates, figs and pistachio nuts with 1 tbsp of oliebollenmix. Combine into half of the oliebollenmix with koenjit and 2 1/2 dl lukewarm water with mixer with dough hooks until dough. Mix the filling. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and allow to rise for approx. 45 minutes at a warm place.

Prepare savory buns: Slice olives and dried tomatoes. Garlic peel and finely chop. In a bowl, fry olives, to, garlic and bacon with 1 tbsp of oliebollenmix. Dough into dough pieces of oliebollenmix mix with oregano, wine and 1 1/2 dl lukewarm water with mixer with dough hooks. Mix the filling. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and allow to rise for approx. 45 minutes at a warm place.

Heat oil to 190 ° C in deep frying pan. Dip small ice cream scoops or 2 dessert spoons into deep-frying oil and roll small bread rolls (walnut size) out of dough. Roll the bread directly into hot oil and fry until golden brown and until 6 minutes frying. Drain and cool on a thick layer of kitchen paper. Collect oil spheres on separate scales. Sprinkle sweet bread rolls with powdered sugar and gingerbread, roll hearty bread with grated cheese.
