Martini balls
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, minced beef, egg, mustard, onion (chopped), nutmeg, ground cayenne pepper, tomato puree (70 g), breadcrumbs, butter, Martini Bianco (bottle 0.75 liter) and salsa sauce mild (300 g).

Put the mince, egg, mustard, onion, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, tomato puree and 2 tbsp bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Turn 25 balls the size of a walnut with wet hands.

Put 4 tbsp bread crumbs in a bowl and roll the balls through them. Heat the butter and fry the balls around. Turn the heat down and let it cook for about 15 minutes.

Turn the heat high, add the Martini and cook for another 1 min. Serve the balls on the cocktail sticks with the salsa sauce.
