Tortilla chips with fast salsas
A nice mexican recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: pesto (alla rucola (jar 190 g)), crème fraîche (a 125 ml), garlic, olive oil, cherry tomatoes ((a 250 g), in pieces), red onions (very finely chopped), flat parsley ((20 g), chopped), white wine vinegar and tortilla chips (natural (a 150 g)).

Mix the pesto in a bowl with the crème fraîche. Squeeze the garlic cloves and stir in the pesto-crème fraiche. Add 3 tbsp oil and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the tomato in another bowl with the onion and parsley. Season the tomato salsa with the rest of the oil, vinegar and pepper and salt. Serve the tortilla chips with the pesto and tomato salsa.
