Directions

  1. Wash the radishes, dry them and cut into quarters.
  2. Beat the oil with the vinegar and salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste to a dressing.
  3. Crumble the blueface cheese.
  4. Spoon the radishes and the lettuce in a bowl with the dressing and sprinkle with the blue cheese..
