Radish salad with orange
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: oranges, radish, black olives (stoned) and extra virgin olive oil.

Use a sharp knife to cut the top and bottom of the oranges so that the fruits can stand upright on the work surface.

Cut the skin and the white fleece thickly off and then cut the orange into thin slices.

Remove any seeds.

Wash the radishes and cut off the small leaves of the adherent green leaves.

Cut the radishes and the olives into slices.

Divide the green leaves of the radish and slices of orange on a large scale.

Divide the slices of radish and the slices of olive over it.

Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste..
