Ham mousse
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, cucumber, sugar, white wine vinegar, ham and dairy spread (chives light (150 g)).

Saute long thin bars of the cucumber with a cheese slicer.

Sprinkle the strips with 2 tsp salt and drain in a sieve for 30 min.

Dissolve the sugar on low heat in the vinegar and allow to cool.

Rinse the cucumber, gently squeeze out the excess moisture and scoop through the vinegar.

Cut the slices of ham into strips.

Leave a few strips for garnishing.

Puree the rest of the ham together with the dairy spread with the hand blender or in the food processor and season with pepper.

Spoon a scoop of hammousse into a glass with an ice cream scoop or 2 wet spoons and place the cucumber on top.

Garnish with the rest of the ham.
