Cut carrots from the turnip tops. Then wash the turnip greens and dry.

Squeeze out the lime. Peel and halve the avocado and remove the kernel. Cut the avocado into cubes and drizzle directly with about 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Wash and halve the cherry.

Cut the parsley roughly and peel garlic. Puree in parsley, garlic, oil, rest of lime juice, salt and pepper until thick dressing.

Slice turnip tops slightly. Scoop turnip greens, avocado and to each other and spread over four plates. Sprinkle dressing over it and next to it. Serve with warm baguette.
