Raspberries with prosecco
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: raspberries, powdered sugar, fresh mint (in delicate strips 4 leaves), raspberry liqueur (slijter) and prosecco.

Mix the raspberries carefully with the icing sugar and the fresh mint and spread over 4 slices or wide glasses. Sprinkle a spoonful of liqueur in each glass and marinate the raspberries in the fridge for a maximum of 1 hour.

Pour so much wine in the glasses that the raspberries are not completely covered. Garnish with a leaf of mint.
