Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Beat with the electric mixer a smooth batter of flour, eggs, 60 g of sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and 1 tsp lime grater. (If you want to use a lemon, add half of the grater.).
  2. Sprinkle the greased dish with the remaining sugar. Spread the fruit in the oven dish and pour the batter into the mold. Place the dish on the grate in the middle of the oven and fry the clafoutis in approx. 35 min. Until golden brown and done.
