Ratatouille with chicken strips and cheese puree
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, marinated chicken breast, mashed potatoes with cheese (128 g), (olive) oil, ratatouille vegetables (400 g), salt, (freshly ground) pepper and tomato frito (Italian spiced).

Cut chicken into strips.

Prepare mashed potatoes according to instructions.

Meanwhile, heat frying pan or wok oil and stir fry chicken over a high heat for about 2 minutes.

Remove chicken from pan and stir in ratatouille vegetables for approx.

4 minutes in residual oil.

Season vegetables with salt and pepper.

Toss tomato frito with vegetables, put chicken strips on the vegetables and cover for approx.

4 minutes on low heat.

Cut chicken strips through vegetables and serve puree..
