Creamy white fish with cauliflower and broccoli
Crispy fried pangasius fillet with white rice and broccoli and cauliflower in a sauce of coconut milk, sambal, ginger and garlic.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Slice the ginger and garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the ginger together with the sambal and garlic for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the coconut milk, the water, the broccoli and cauliflower and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and cook for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Meanwhile, cut each fish fillet into 4 pieces. Sprinkle with the flour and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish in 4 min. Until done. Divide the fish, sauce and vegetables over 4 deep plates. Serve with the rice.
