Cut the red onion into wedges and the figs into pieces.

Cut the coals into quarters.

Cut the hard grain in the middle diagonally and cut the coals in strips of a cm wide.

Cut the dates open, remove the kernel and cut the dates in half lengthwise.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and pour the onion tarts and cabbage through it.

Bake for two minutes on a low heat.

Put in the cinnamon spices, dates, figs and thyme.
-
Pour in the wine and put the butter on top.
-
Smother the red cabbages covered in thirty to forty minutes until tender.

Change regularly.
