Red fruit puree with cream
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: red berries, strawberries, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, whipped cream and vanilla sugar.

Carefully wash the fruit in the sieve and let it drain well. Sprinkle berries from twigs. Remove milks from strawberries. Puree fruit in the kitchen machine. Above pan pan fruit puree through sieve (so that only the seeds remain in the sieve). Stir in sugar. Bring the puree to a boil over a gentle heat and stir up the sugar with stirring. In a cup of corn flour mix with 1-2 tbsp cold water to paste and add to fruit sauce while stirring. Continue stirring until mush is lightly bound. Give the mush in 6 high slices or bowls and allow to cool. Let it cool down in refrigerator in at least 1 hour.

In a jug, mix whipped cream and vanilla sugar together. Place coupes on buffet and put cream next to them. Everyone can pour a dash of cream on the fruit compote themselves.
