Red fruits on brandy
A tasty Dutch recipe. The drink with alcohol contains the following ingredients: lemon (cleansed), dried red fruit (180 g), granulated sugar and brandy (liquorice).

Cut the yellow skin thinly from the lemon. Wash the preserving jar well.

Put the fruit with the sugar and the lemon zest in the pot and pour the brandy on it. Close the pot and leave it in a dark place for at least 6 weeks. Shake the pot regularly. 3 Serve the red fruits in glasses with a small spoon. Serve them with desserts or make the duck breast gravy with a few spoonfuls of these fruits.
