A tasty Italian recipe. The drink with alcohol contains the following ingredients: forest fruit sorbet ice (500 ml, frozen), prosecco (cold), vodka ((Gall and Gall), cold) and basil.

Put the forest fruit sorbet with the prosecco and vodka in a blender and grind in 10 seconds.

Divide half of the sgroppino over 4 (cocktail) glasses and garnish with the leaves of 1 sprig of basil.
