Redfish with cucumber salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, redfish fillet (a ca. 225 g), sweet soy sauce, yellow rice (with saffron (325 g)), cucumbers, red pepper, spring onions, lemon juice and sunflower oil.

Directions

  1. Distribute redfish into 4 pieces and sprinkle 1 tbsp.
  2. Leave covered for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook rice according to instructions.
  4. Peel cucumbers and halve in length.
  5. Remove seed lists, and cut cucumbers into pieces.
  6. Cut open pepper, remove seeds and cut pepper into strips.
  7. Cut the spring onion into rings.
  8. Dressing stirring remainder of ketjapmarinadeen lemon juice.
  9. Spread pepper, spring onions and dressing with cucumber.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Heat oil in frying pan or grill pan.
  12. Drain the redfish, sprinkle with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp flour and on both sides in approx.
  13. 6 min.
  14. Serving rice with fried fish and cucumber salad..
