Rhubarb salad with strawberries
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fresh rhubarb (cleaned), strawberries (sliced), mint ((15g container), finely chopped), vanilla pod (bag 1.5g) and liquid honey.

Slice the rhubarb very finely. Mix with the strawberry and mint.

Cut the vanilla pod open lengthwise and scrape out the marrow with a knife tip. Heat the honey 10 sec. at the highest setting in the microwave and mix in the marrow.

Pour the vanilla honey over the salad. Handle carefully. Tasty with full curd.
