Directions

  1. Grill the prunes with the cutting edge down on the barbecue until nice grill stripes appear.
  2. Wrap the prunes in aluminum foil and roast them for about 5 minutes on the barbecue.
  3. Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar.
  4. Serve the plums with the mascarpone and pistachio crumble. Drizzle with honey.
