Grilled prunes with vanilla mascarpone and pistachio crumble
Grill the prunes with the cutting edge down on the barbecue until nice grill stripes appear.
Wrap the prunes in aluminum foil and roast them for about 5 minutes on the barbecue.
Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar.
Serve the plums with the mascarpone and pistachio crumble. Drizzle with honey.
