Hot gingerbread pudding with apple and raisins

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Spread the gingerbread slices with the butter. Place them with the butter side down in layers in the oven dish, alternating with the slices of apple, a layer of raisins and orange zest.

Beat the eggs with the milk, cinnamon and caster sugar and pour this mixture over the gingerbread. Add an extra dash of milk if it is too dry and let it soak for about 5 minutes.

Fry the pudding in the middle of the oven for 30-35 minutes until solidified.
