Donut from the oven
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: bread mix for white bread, butter, egg (whipped), vanilla sugar, (grater of 1/4 lemon), milk and very fine table sugar.

Repeat bread mix in bowl. Melt 25 g of butter. Melt butter, egg and vanilla sugar and, if necessary, lemon zest, stir with milk. Mix milk mixture with bread mix and knead whole with a mixer or by hand into a smooth dough (do not paste dough any more, add a few tablespoons of extra bread mix).

Divide dough into 12 portions. Forming each portion into a ball and pressing it into a donut form (donut shape creates a hole in the middle). Dough in approx. 30 min. Rise to size doubled. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
