Directions

  1. Place the pork chops on a dish and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Mix lemon zest and juice, mustard, honey and pepper together and brush the pork chops on both sides. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Roast the pork chops on the sides of the barbecue grill. You can pre-marinate the meat for about 10 minutes in soft boiling broth before marinating.
