Ribbon pasta with bacon and peas
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tagliatelle with egg (pasta, bag 500 g), olive oil, lean bacon strips (250 g), red onions (in half rings), garden peas (450 g, frozen), pesto alla genovese (duopak 2 x 90 g) and oak leaf lamellange (100 g).

Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon in 5 min.

Add the onion and cook for another 1 min.

Add the garden peas and fry in 5 min.

Until done.

Drizzle the lettuce with the rest of the oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the tagliatelle and collect some cooking liquid.

Spoon the pasta with the pesto through the garden pea mixture.

Add a dash of cooking liquid for a smooth paste.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide over 4 deep plates and serve with the salad..
