Rice with tofu mince and mushrooms
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: mushrooms, traditional olive oil, finely-seasoned tofu stir-fry minced and deep-flaked fine broad beans.

Cook the multigrain rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Collect the cooking water.

Chop the onion, halve the mushrooms and finely chop the green parsley.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit until golden brown onions. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until they release moisture.

Stir in the tofu mince and the shawarma spices.

Add the green beans and 100 ml of cooking water and roast with the lid on the pan for about 5 minutes, shovel regularly.

Add the rice and the parsley.
