Cook the eggs hard in about 8 minutes. Let the eggs scare under cold running water, peel them and cut into segments.

Fry the ham on a low heat in a large frying pan with oil. Drain on kitchen paper.

Slice the anchovy fillets. Press the garlic over a bowl.

Add the oil, vinegar, garlic, anchovies and season with pepper. Beat until a dressing.

Warm up the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the package. Divide the lettuce and the leaves of chicory over the tortillas.

Cut the tomato into small segments.

Place the egg, tomato and ham on the tortillas. Divide the dressing over it and sprinkle the cheese over it.
