Ricotta clafoutis with blackberries and vanilla
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: blackberries, berry gin, whipped cream, vanilla pod (sliced in length), eggs, white caster sugar, ricotta cheese, flour and powdered sugar.
