Roast beef tuna sandwich
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, tuna (85 g), low-fat cottage cheese, dried thyme, wholemeal bread, roast beef, iceberg lettuce, raw vegetables (a 150 g tray), low-fat margarine and apple.

Mix tuna with curd cheese and thyme with a bar mixer or fork until it is completely smooth.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread one slice of bread with roast beef and distribute tuna mixture.

Lay second slice of bread with iceberg lettuce and raw vegetables and place on roast beef on the unloaded side.

Spread the third slice of bread with low-fat margarine and lay it on the raw vegetables with the buttered side.

Cut diagonally and package in aluminum foil.

Store sandwich together with apple in a bread bin..
