Spread the quarters cabbage with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and grill on the barbecue.

In the meantime, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and brown the onion rings golden brown. Pour in the vinegar and cook until the vinegar is boiled. Mix the onion with the mustard, the lemon juice and the rest of the olive oil.

Divide the dressing over the roasted cabbages and sprinkle with the dill and red pepper.
