Directions

  1. Chop the shallot.
  2. Marinate the shallot for 5 minutes in the wine vinegar.
  3. Beat the oil through. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir the nuts through the vinaigrette.
  5. Cook the broccoli in 5 minutes until al dente. Drain and pour the nut dressing over it.
