Heat the oven grill. Roast the peppers for about 15 minutes under the grill and turn them over regularly.

Put them in a plastic bag and let them stand for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil with garlic, anchovies and capers.

Peel the peppers, halve them and cut them without seeds into broad strips.

Put them in a bowl and pour the hot oil over it.

Tasty with fish or roasted meat.
