Ingredients
- 4 shoulder Chops
- 4 spring / forest onion
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoon Sesame seed
- 1 clove garlic pressed
- 4 tablespoon ketjapmarinade
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon wok oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder (djahé)
- 2 teaspoon sambal oelek

Directions

Mix the ingredients for the marinade and put the pork chops in here for 30 minutes (or a day in advance).

Remove the meat from the marinade and pat dry. Brush the spring onion with oil.

Heat a grill pan or non-stick frying pan and grill the pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side.

Put the spring onions for the last 3 minutes. Meanwhile, roast the sesame seeds in a dry, hot frying pan.

Sprinkle the roasted chops with sesame seeds and serve the spring onions.
