Noodle-vegetable salad with mango and sticky chicken


Salad of noodles, chicken fillet, jamaican jerk, sesame seeds, sweet chili sauce, broccoli, haricot beans, mango and onion.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the chicken with the spice melange, the sesame seeds and the chili sauce.
  3. Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil or butter and cook the chicken in 10 min. Over medium heat until golden brown and done. Change regularly.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the stalk and cut into pieces. Cut the string beans into 2 cm slanted pieces.
  5. Boil together for 6 minutes in a large pan of water with salt if necessary. Drain and drain.
  6. In the meantime, beat the oil and chilli sauce into a dressing.
  7. Peel the mangoes. First cut the flesh from the kernel and then into strips. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  8. Mix the noodles, sesame seeds, vegetables, mango and onion with the dressing. Scoop in a large bowl, put the chicken on top and serve.
