Potato dish with goat's cheese
Vegetarian dish with baby potatoes, mushroom stir-fry mix, green peppers, garlic, thyme and goat's cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Scoop the potatoes into the baking dish, season with salt and pepper and pour the milk over it.

Cut the peppers into strips and the garlic fine.

Mix the mushroom stir-fry mix with the paprika, garlic, thyme, cheese and season with salt and pepper. Divide this over the potatoes.
