Cook the snow peas for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse cold water.

Heat half of the oil, fry the cashew nuts briefly, scoop them from the woks and let them drain.

Add the rest of the oil and stir-fry the onions, celery, bell pepper, zucchini, eggplant and pressed garlic for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Put the carbon strips through and fry for another 2 minutes.

Mix the nuts, the cheese and the pea pods just before serving by the dish. Put the vegetable dish on the plates.
