Thai curry with seafood


A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pandan rice, yellow peppers, sunflower oil, yellow curry paste (pack of a 2 bags, 160 g), creamy coconut milk (200 ml), broken green beans (frozen, 450 g), mixed seafood (frozen and a 500 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
  2. Clean peppers and cut into cubes.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and fry 2 min.
  4. Pour curry paste (possibly both pouches for extra spicy curry) and coconut milk through it and let it boil.
  5. Add green beans and seafood and let simmer for 8 minutes.
  6. Serve curry with rice..
