Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Put the ketchup, vinegar, caster sugar, tabasco and paprika in a pan and bring to a boil.

Let the sauce cook gently for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.

Pull the dune feet in wires of approx. ½ inch thick apart and put them in an oven dish. Sprinkle with the sauce and bake for 20 minutes in the oven. Spoon halfway.

Remove the pulled mushrooms from the oven and scoop again. Divide them over the rolls and add a spoonful of coleslaw.
