Rolmopse salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, lamb's lettuce (75 g), apple, lemon juice, grated beetroot (250 g), rolmops in natural vinegar (355 g), olive oil and baguette (small).

Spread the lamb's lettuce on four plates.

Peel the apple, remove the cores and cut the apple into thin slices.

Sprinkle apple with lemon juice.

Divide apple and beetroot over lettuce.

Roll out the mops and collect 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

Cut fish into slices and distribute them over plates.

Dressing beating oil, 1 tbsp vinegar (from fish) and salt and pepper to taste.

Divide dressing over salad and serve salad with baguette..
