Root-green beans stew


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (crumbly), thin bacon strips (about 500 g), mustard, stew vegetables (onion and carrot, 500 g), green beans (frozen, 450 g) and milk.

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.
  2. Potatoes boil in 20 min.
  3. Sprinkle bacon strips with pepper and cover with 2 tbsp mustard.
  4. In frying pan with non-stick coating, prepare bacon strips for 15 minutes until crispy and crispy.
  5. Stew vegetables in little water in 10 min.
  6. After 4 min.
  7. Add green beans and boil.
  8. Drain potatoes and crush.
  9. Heat milk.
  10. Stir potatoes with milk into a smooth puree.
  11. Drain the vegetables, create puree and season with salt and pepper.
  12. Take bacon strips out of pan and pour 150 ml of water into shortening.
  13. Bring water to the boil and stir up the sandwiches to gravy.
  14. Stir the rest of mustard through gravy and season with salt and pepper.
  15. Stew the stew with gravy and bacon patties..
