Remove the winter carrot and cut into narrow strips of 5 cm long. Remove the bottom of the bok choy and cut into narrow strips of a 1/2 cm wide.

Heat the sunflower and sesame oil in a wok. Stir fry the vegetables over medium heat in approx. 5 min. Until al dente.

Add the sesame seeds and stir-fry for 1 min. Heat the soy sauce 30 sec. with it.
