Sweet and sour cauliflower
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: ready-to-cook cauliflower florets (bag), white wine vinegar, ginger syrup and coconut powder (yellow root).

Cut the cauliflower florets slightly smaller.

In a pan over medium heat, heat the vinegar with the ginger syrup, the yellow root and 3 tablespoons of water almost to the boiling point.

Mix the cauliflower florets.

Lower the heat and let the roses simmer gently with a lid on the pan for about 10 minutes until they are al dente.

In the meantime, change the whole thing a few times.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Allow the cauliflower florets to cool in the moisture.

Scoop the cauliflower florets out of the pan with a slotted spoon.

Put them in a bowl.
